HOW IT WORKS

How the work works.

Six weeks, twelve sessions, and every one of them ends with output in hand. No mystery, no filler weeks.

A consultant places a sticky note on a whiteboard mapping a six-week plan while a colleague weighs the columns.
The engine

Two sessions a week, by design

  • Session A teaches and builds

The first session of each week teaches the concept and gets a first draft out of you. You leave with something real on the page, not notes about it.

  • Session B finishes the piece

Three to four days later, the second session pushes that draft into a finished piece. One session a week produces understanding. The second one produces the asset. The gap between them is deliberate: short enough that the work stays warm, long enough to prepare.

  • Every session ends with output

Each 90-minute session runs 45 minutes of instruction, 30 of hands-on building, and 15 of review. You always walk out with something you can point to. Never a reflection, never a discussion.

The Five Primitives

Every program runs on the Five Primitives, the five operations underneath every AI tool. The primitive is permanent, the tool is swappable, which is why what you learn here does not expire with the next release cycle.

The arc

Six weeks, and what each one produces

  1. 01

    Foundation

Your program opens on its leading primitive. You produce a first output with it, then a refined and expanded version.

  2. 02

    Revenue

Your expertise mapped to a revenue path. You leave with a one-paragraph offer and a 90-day action that every later build serves.

  3. 03

    Depth

A second primitive on its own, then two primitives run in sequence. Single tricks become compound, repeatable work.

  4. 04

    System thinking

A documented workflow map, then a working version of that workflow that runs without you re-entering everything at each step.

  5. 05

    Quality layer

A written rubric of five to eight testable criteria, installed in the workflow as a gate. Quality stops depending on your attention.

  6. 06

    Capstone

All five primitives in sequence. The complete Anchor Asset, finished and documented: what it does, what it runs on, how to maintain it.

An executive walks two team members through her open binder in a small glass-walled meeting room.

Done with you, never done for you

  • You build every piece of it, with expert guidance at your side
  • You leave each week holding a finished asset, not a promising draft
  • You own all of it, without exception

Why the rhythm holds

Stop after the first session of a week and you have a concept and a draft. Finish the second and you have a real asset. The whole program is built to get you across that gap, twelve times.
